We are a family oriented, full service Bonded cleaning company, operating in and around the Stratford area. With over 20 years in business and over 61,000 cleaning hours per year under our belt, we can service the biggest to the smallest in customer cleaning needs.

We strive for quality as well as trouble free commitment to our customers. Our employees are treated fairly, with fair wages, and we provide on-site supervision.

What does that actually mean?

  • We work with our customers to make and follow recycling programs that work
  • We have reduced the amount of paper cleaning products we use
  • Changed to reusable cleaning cloths
  • Changed many of the harmful chemicals we once used to safer and more environmental friendly ones
  • We monitor new and up coming products to refine our product use
  • Use 100% recycled and 100% bio degradable garbage bag

These changes have eliminated 3,900 pounds per year of paper towel that would have gone to the landfill and dramatically reduced our non-environmentally friendly chemical usage.

Festival City Cleaners Inc. has had our cleaning contract since 2008. They are very easy to work and will deal with any issues immediately and they accommodate what we require as our production schedules change. The employees that they have on-site are very pleasant to deal with and the cleaning tasks in the offices are scheduled in such a way as to keep interruptions to the staff to a minimum. There seems to be a low employee turn-over rate at Festival City Cleaners as the on-site personnel have been here for some time now.

Festival City Cleaners Inc. is certainly committed to improving their quality. We have a tile floor in our lobby that is difficult to clean but they continued to search for the right tool until they found it. Their rates are competitive with other companies but I believe their level of service sets them apart.

Hiring Policy

Thank you for your interest. All potential employees interviewed by Festival City Cleaners Inc., are asked to obtain a “Police Background Check”, at their expense, before employment is to be considered.

A copy of the report is to be given to Festival City Cleaners Inc., and if clear a possible job placement will be offered. If employed, Festival City Cleaners Inc. will reimburse the cost of the check on their first pay. No person with a police record will be employed.
